| Kimberly
Shannon, President |
|
Kim's background is in the commodity business. Her first
job out of college was for R. G. Dickenson in Des Moines,
Iowa. In 1983, she moved to Chicago and went to work as a
trading assistant for ACLI International. Later on, she worked
as a branch office supervisor for Smith Barney and TENCO,
Inc. In 1993, she established Off-Site Business Services,
Inc. to meet the back office needs of small traders in the
commodity industry. The business soon expanded to include
desktop publishing, secretarial services, payroll, bookkeeping
and much more.

| Jennifer Krauklis, Client
Services |
|
Jennifer has a very strong customer service background. She
currently handles payroll, bookkeeping, desktop publishing,
and medicaid outreach. She has also taken continuing education
courses in desktop publishing, file management, and an IMRF
certification course.

| Stephanie
Walsh, Client Services |
| Stephanie joined our team in 2002. She handles
payroll, scheduling, secretarial services, medicaid fee for
service, and many other duties for Off-Site. She has completed
the IMRF certification. Her Microsoft Excel and Word skills
are very strong making her an excellent addition to our staff. |

| Natalie is the most recent addition to our team.
Here background includes organizing workshops, medical billing,
travel, and payroll. She also has desktop publishing experience. |

Crash is an orange tabby who serves
as our receptionist. Unfortunately he is not willing to make
the commute to the office, so he is now working from home. |
